1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and G Aura AB ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services.

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

G Aura AB provides professional IT consulting and web development services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Web application development
  • IT consulting and strategic planning
  • Digital presence optimization
  • Technical support and maintenance

3. Service Delivery

Digital Delivery: All services are delivered digitally through online collaboration tools, email, and file sharing platforms.

Timeline: Project timelines are agreed upon at the start of each engagement. Typical projects are completed within 2-8 weeks depending on scope.

Deliverables: Upon project completion, you will receive all agreed-upon deliverables including source code, documentation, and deployment assistance.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. We accept payment via bank transfer and major payment processors including Stripe.

For project-based work, payment schedules typically include an upfront deposit (30-50%) with the remainder due upon completion. For ongoing services, monthly invoicing applies.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and intellectual property rights to all custom work created specifically for your project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We retain rights to use generic code, frameworks, and methodologies developed by us or available through open-source licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Supply necessary materials, content, and access
  • Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
  • Make payments according to agreed schedules

7. Warranties and Liability

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. We provide a 30-day post-launch support period for bug fixes related to our work.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of all client information and project details unless disclosure is required by law or you provide written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
